Cardio DanceFit is a 55-minute cardio dance class comprised of choreographed routines in
various genres covering songs from the last 8 decades in styles including – jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, jive, swing, disco, latin, and broadway. No experience required, it is more important to have fun than get the steps right! Clean athletic shoes with a smooth sole and/or dance socks recommended.
Mat&More FullBody Stretch is a relaxing stretch class designed to lengthen and give attention to tight muscles, stress headaches, and those nagging aches and pains. Long muscles stay lean, we stretch to promote a healthy body and mind.
No experience required, modifications are given.
We recommend using a pilates ring, towel, or strap to get the most out of your stretches.
Mat&More Strength incorporates dance, barre, pilates, and yoga for a variety of exercises to challenge your body.
We use various tools such as small diameter balls, resistance rings, bands, and light weights ranging from 2 to 12 pounds.
No experience required.
Cardio DanceFit: Water and towel recommended. No Equipment required. Athletic shoes with a smooth sole and/or dance socks recommended. Dance socks go over your shoes to reduce friction on the floor to protect your knees.
Mat&More Strength: Water and towel recommended. Bring your own mat or borrow one at the studio. Resistance rings and light-free weights are utilized. They can be brought from home or borrowed.
Mat&More Stretch: Water and towel recommended. Bring your own mat or borrow one at the studio.
Mat&More Foam Roller: Water and towel recommended. Bring your own mat or borrow one at the studio. Bring any length foam roller from home. Limited number to borrow in the studio.
This class incorporates foam rolling techniques into our Mat&More Strength class to break up fascia tissue which prevents common injuries improves blood circulation promotes flexibility, and reduces cellulite.
Suspension straps are used to execute various exercises using your body weight as resistance to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
30-minute sessions, no experience required. This is the perfect strength training format for any and all body types. Small group and Individual Personal Training Sessions by Appointment
